- There are so many dresses to choose from, where do I begin and what should I bring to my first bridal appointment?
You should browse through bridal magazines, the internet or in ESPOSA's gown galleries on the website. ESPOSA carries various styles for different silhouettes and tastes.
Feel free to bring any pictures with you to help guide the consultant. Once you come in for your bridal appointment, you can leave it up to our professionally trained bridal experts to help find the gown of your dreams.
- Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, in order for us to provide you with the professional experience of our consultants, we prefer that you call the salon and set an appointment. We do our best to accommodate walk-in customers whenever possible.
- How far in advance should I make an appointment?
You can call ESPOSA as soon as you know you are free. However, we advise you to call 2-3 weeks in advance in order to get the date that best suits your availability. Our most popular appointments occur during the evening and on Saturdays.
- How long should I allow for an appointment?
Initially, an hour and a half is sufficient. This gives your bridal consultant enough time to discuss your wedding details, listen to your ideas and offer suggestions, tips and advice.
- When should I order my dress?
To avoid the stress and the rush of the bride, we recommend that you order the dress 6 months before the wedding day. This way we can have the dress ready and do all the fittings you may require.
- What if my wedding is less than 6 months away... can I still get a dress?
Absolutely! All of the wedding gowns we carry in store can be purchased on the spot and in some exceptional cases, our designers offer rush shipping options that are able to meet your needs at any time.
- When I "Say Yes to the Dress" do I have to pay for it in full?
No. We require a 50% down payment at the time your gown is ordered with the remaining balance due upon arrival of your gown in our store.
- Do You Provide Alterations?
Of course! We offer alteration services and we promise to make sure your wedding dress fits you perfectly.
- What do I bring to my first alterations appointment?
In order to have the perfect fit, you will need to have your shoes and undergarments that you will wear on your wedding day.
- How many times do I need to meet with the seamstress?
You will need about 2 to 3 appointments to make sure everything is perfect. At the final appointment, your dress will be pressed, packaged and ready for you to take home.
- What variety of products do you offer?
ESPOSA's services extend beyond just wedding dresses. We also have an extensive inventory of bridesmaids' gowns, mother and flower girl attire and prom gowns. Additionally, we offer a full line of bridal and special occasion shoes, veils, headpieces, accessories and so on.

- May I take pictures of the gowns while I try them on?
We prefer to have no pictures taken during the fitting- so that we can preserve the beauty of the dress that will appear in your professional photos in your wedding.
