Who are we?
We're Esposagroup, the bridal name that has been making women around the world happy. Our mission is to weave unique love stories by translating the needs of every bride into a dress that decodes her taste and dreams. We challenge the conventional through constantly reinvented creations designed for the modern bride and fitted to the style and personality of every woman.
In these most unexpected and unsettling times we are living, our efforts have been relentless in ensuring that our services, team of personnel, and community of brides stay healthy and safe.
While our operations have abided to all the safety rules deployed in regards to Covid-19, we cannot on the other hand deny the dreams and pressing needs of the brides that come knocking on our doors. As such, our showroom appointments will be dedicated this month to the brides facing sensitive timelines and are in dire need of professional consultation:
- If your wedding has already been scheduled for the year 2020, we strongly advise you to book one of the limited appointment slots available this month. Our team will be happy to welcome and assist you, IF and only IF you are confident that you show no symptoms after a two-week confinement at least, you have not been in contact with anyone with symptoms, and have not traveled domestically or internationally in the last 14 days.
- In the interest of public health and safety, we recommend you to schedule or reschedule your appointment with us for May or later if you have the flexibility to do so. By being mutually understanding and considerate, we contribute to the wellbeing of our community.
- If your wedding is planned for the year 2021 or later, yet you sense some urgency to finalize your dress picking process in such times of uncertainty, we can understand and strive to accommodate your need. However, we will apologize for not prioritizing uncritical visits with only browsing purposes at the moment and hope to see you in a few months!
If you will be joining us for an appointment, please note that additional safety policies and procedures will be implemented. Waiting time in-between appointments might be longer than usual to allow for necessary cleaning and disinfecting, and to avoid any crossover between clients. We also ask you to limit your guests to a maximum of 1, knowing that our stylists will be happy to assist you in involving your close ones remotely through video calls.
Last but not least, and as we all ride the wave of the big unknown, we at Esposagroup understand more than anyone the struggle of planning in such times, let alone the planning of a bride’s big day.
