While notable Hollywood strikes pushed the current year’s Emmys awards from September 2023 to January 2024, the looks on Monday night’s honorary pathway were certainly worth the pause. Proceeding with the pattern we saw at the Golden Globes 2024 recently, red demonstrated a famous variety pick, with Meghann Fahy, Selena Gomez and Suki Waterhouse among the stars who chose exquisite outfits in shades of red. Additionally, a number of famous people, including Ayo Edebiri, Jessica Williams, and Jenna Ortega walked the Emmys 2024 red carpet!
Some time before honorary pathway was carried out at the Emmys 2024, the opposition initially started when Emmy designations were first reported back in July. With TV programs like The Bear, Succession , The Last of Us, The White Lotus, Ted Lasso, and The Bear all in the racing to bring back home an armful of awards. While everyone’s eyes are certainly focused on the chosen winners, some remarkable looks on the Emmys 2024 red carpet captivated ours.
1- Selena Gomez in Oscar De La Renta
Starting off with the talented artist, Selena Gomez. She graced the Emmys 2024 red carpet in a stunning Oscar de la Renta mermaid gown, transmitting a quality of style and excitement. The outfit, a masterpiece in itself, gleamed with 450,000 sequins, catching the spotlight and blowing some people’s minds at the occasion. She accessorized the look with a Tiffany & Co. jewelry set to complete her sexy attire.
2- Meghann Fahy in custom Armani Privé
Fahy wore a custom Armani Privé velvet red gown with a smooth red from neck area to hemline. She dazzled the Emmys 2024 red carpet with a floor-length skirt and an off-the-shoulder neckline embellished with a bouquet of roses. She completed the look with Earrings, bracelets, and rings from Bulgari.
3- Suki Waterhouse in Maison Valentino
The actress/singer wore a scorching Valentino gown with an open back and side patterns. The lovely outfit was custom-made to accommodate her growing baby bump. Suki looked stunning in her dramatic red dress, featuring a bow at the base of her belly and a full skirt below. News that it required a couple of latest possible moment changes to oblige her growing belly!
4- Jenna Ortega in Dior
The Wednesday star looked flawless in a flower weaved Dior dress. To supplement her rich look, Ortega wore her mid-length throw with delicate waves and drape bangs. She paired the looked with pointy bedazzled pumps, visible under the channel length gown.
5- Aubrey Plaza in Loewe
The actress, who plays Harper and is up for a nomination tonight in the category of Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, arrived at the Emmys red carpet in a playful Loewe dress in a dreamy buttercream color.
Playing around with her fashion sense, the bodice of Aubrey’s outfit seemed to be a pat of margarine with a pin cut through the neck area, while the skirt included a more fitted, section style outline. Under her half-up, half-down hairstyle with fringe curtain bangs, she accessorized with pointed-toe pumps with matching gold hoop earrings. A swipe of dull pink lipstick and shimmery eyeshadow on her covers finished her glitz.
6- Camila Morrone in Atelier Versace
Camila Morrone went to the 75th Emmy’s 2024 red carpet wearing a plunging red Versace mermaid gown, matching her red lips. The outfit included a profound V-neck and a thigh-high cut, displaying her slim legs. Morrone’s look at the occasion was a sign of approval for her adoration for classic design, as she recreated Pamela Anderson’s famous style from the 1990s.
7- Jessica Chastain in Gucci
The 46-year-old actress oozed certainty as she swaggered down the Emmys 2024 red carpet in her Gucci custom gown. While posturing for photos, the Oscar winner emanated satisfaction as she smiled, posing for the cameras.
Following the Golden Globes 2024 earlier this month, I can confidently say that this year’s style is one to admire! In addition, the color red seems to be among the popular colors, matching the carpet at these extravagant events.
