Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

·       The client shall pay 50% of the purchase or the rent order amount on the date of the reservation.

·       The client shall pay in full before receiving the order and before making any modifications upon her request.

·       In case the order was subject to discount, the client shall pay the full amount of the invoice at the time of reservation.

·       In case of rent, the client shall pay an additional lump sum of $500 as a guarantee upon receiving the order. The mentioned amount is reimbursed upon returning the order to the company within one day of the wedding date, provided that no damage has been caused to the order.

·       In case the client wanted to use the rented order outside Lebanese territory, she shall pay an additional lump sum equivalent to the order value as a guarantee upon receiving the order. The mentioned amount shall be reimbursed to the client upon returning the order to the company, provided that no damage has been caused to the order.

·       In case the client requested any modifications on the reserved order, she shall make an advance payment for these modifications.
